This IN-PERSON Course for beginner beekeepers consists of eight (8) classes, - one each month from March through October. Each class focuses on what your bees should be doing that month, and what best beekeeping practices the beekeeper should employ based on what is actually happening in the hive.

This course is open ONLY to currently active Primary and/or Associate CCBA Members. NOTE: If you want to also register an Associate Member in your account for this event, you MUST register them at the same time you register yourself, otherwise you will not be able to add them at a later time.

NO ONE under 18 years old may attend any of these classes unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a currently active CCBA member and also enrolled for the class. Tuition for the Complete IN-PERSON Beginner's Course is $90.00 which includes a textbook and hive tool ($30+ value). Class is the first Tuesday of each month March - October. You must register for this class.

Pull in parking lot, walk across bridge, classroom is in the brown stone building on your right, Apiary is past the stone building about 100 feet. YOU MUST BRING A FOLDING CHAIR & A BEE SUIT WITH VEIL & GLOVES TO STAND IN THE APIARY.
