When you arrive for set-up, a staff member will direct you to your assigned space.
All vehicles MUST be moved into the vendor parking area before 9:00am on Friday & Saturday and before 10:00am on Sunday. You will not be able to exit or enter the fairgrounds by vehicle while it is open to the public. Those who decide to close early may hand cart their goods and tent to the vendor parking area, but will not be permitted to have their vehicles on the fairgrounds until 9:00pm on Friday & Saturday. Those staying for multiple days can leave their tents set-up and items in their tent as there is overnight security, but this is done at your own risk, so please use your best judgment.
